San Diego homeowners know termites can quietly eat wood for months before you see a sign. Get a check for hidden termite bugs and keep your home safe today.
We start with a thorough inspection of your home’s foundation, soil, and wood structures. Our experts check for mud tubes, damaged wood, and moisture problems that attract subterranean termites. You’ll get a clear report showing any current activity or risk areas.
Based on the inspection findings, we create your treatment plan. We’ll determine if your home needs a soil treatment, bait system installation, or both to stop the termite colony.
On service day, we apply treatments around your foundation and install monitoring stations. We treat the soil barrier and any active termite areas we found during inspection.
We return regularly to check all bait stations and treated areas. You’ll get detailed reports after each visit and unlimited support if termite signs appear between services.
