Our Reviews

I cannot say enough good things about Eddie. He is consistently prompt, professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what he is doing, answer questions, and offer helpful guidance. What really stands out is his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he helps. He is a tremendous asset to Thrasher, and we truly appreciate him. Outstanding service all around.Great service. Very easy to work with. Have not had one single negative interation.

Our home has been treated by Thrasher for over a year and we've had an excellent experience with them. They are consistent, thorough, and their technicians do a great job in communicating when they are on their way and giving an update when they leave. We have worked with Miguel the most and recently with Eddie as well. We highly recommend them for mosquitos, roaches and all the creepy crawlers!

Ricardo was friendly, thorough and quick. Most recently Eddie A. has taken over our property and is doing a great job, providing a heads up before coming and a summary as to what was done when leaving. Great service!

My brother said that the technician was professional.

I really like Sebastian. He was calm, thorough and I felt supported

After more than 30 years as a real estate broker, I know how much it matters to work with a company that understands deadlines—and cares about the people counting on them. Thrasher Termite & Pest Control of So Cal is one of the most thorough and professional companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Their team showed a true appreciation for the time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions. The care and attention they gave our needs made it clear that they value their customers. A special thank-you to Mari Jordan. She is the epitome of underpromising and overdelivering, and, in my opinion, the heart of this company. Mari brought professionalism, kindness, and a reassuring sense that what mattered to us mattered to her, too. That kind of service stays with you. If you’re a homeowner or real estate professional looking for a termite company you can confidently count on, I highly recommend Thrasher. They have earned my trust and my future business.
